I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available whenever I needed anything and they even gave me a ride back to the station on the morning of my check-out day. The hotel facilities were superb with a huge bathtub and comfortable beds. Additionally, the location was perfect and allowed me to explore this city with ease.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Spending Christmas in a traditional Japanese Ryokan was a unique experience. I loved the tranquility and the hot bath, which was always clean. The view of Mt. Fuji was amazing and made up for the location, which was a bit far from the city center. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided which made our stay comfortable.
Sleeping on the thin futons was quite uncomfortable and lacked the charm of a real Ryokan. It would have been better if the air conditioning worked better, as it took a while to cool the room.

Loved the complimentary kimono provided by the hotel, which made the experience feel authentic. the location was fantastic, with all the attractions within easy walking distance. the huge common bathtub was excellent and relaxing.
The common wash sink was unclean and often crowded, and the building itself was quite cold. the noisy heater in the room was a considerable annoyance, and there was no tea available, which was a disappointment.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a peaceful atmosphere and good value for money. The staff was always available to help and the room was clean and warm. renting a bike was a nice experience.
The breakfast lacked traditional Japanese food, and the thin futons made sleeping uncomfortable.
